- Line your baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring complete coverage
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in the saucepan
- Heat mixture to 300°F (hard crack stage) using candy thermometer
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and let cool completely
- Break into irregular pieces
- Melt chocolate chips and coat each piece
- Refrigerate until chocolate sets
