Chicken Marsala Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinaigrette
  • Mushrooms sliced
  • Garlic minced
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  2. Cook pasta as the package says
  3. Sauté chicken until it's golden

  6. Simmer sauce until it's slightly reduced
  7. Combine pasta and chicken mixture
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley
