Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Slice beef into thin strips against the grain
  2. Layer onions and peppers at bottom of slow cooker
  3. Place beef on top of vegetables

  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours
  6. Add cheese during last 15 minutes of cooking
