- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Slice squash and dice onions
- Boil squash until tender, about 5 minutes
- Drain squash thoroughly
- Mix squash with cheese, sour cream, eggs, and seasonings
- Transfer mixture to greased baking dish
- Top with crushed crackers
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
