white balsamic vinaigrette

 Take your salads to the next level with a homemade white balsamic vinaigrette. It turns simple greens into a feast for the senses. This dressing brings a fresh, tangy taste to your favorite greens.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 minced garlic clove salt, and fresh ground black pepper.
  • You can also add fresh herbs like basil or thyme for more flavor.

Equipment

  • You only need a few tools to make this vinaigrette.
  • A small whisk, a mixing bowl, and a jar with a tight lid are all you need. A measuring spoon set helps you get the right amounts.

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients in your jar or bowl. Whisk or shake well until it's smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. Keep it in the fridge for up to a week. Shake it well before using to mix the ingredients again.
