white balsamic vinaigrette

 Take your salads to the next level with a homemade white balsamic vinaigrette. It turns simple greens into a feast for the senses. This dressing brings a fresh, tangy taste to your favorite greens.

Equipment

  • You only need a few tools to make this vinaigrette.
  • A small whisk, a mixing bowl, and a jar with a tight lid are all you need. A measuring spoon set helps you get the right amounts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 minced garlic clove salt, and fresh ground black pepper.
  • You can also add fresh herbs like basil or thyme for more flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in your jar or bowl. Whisk or shake well until it's smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. Keep it in the fridge for up to a week. Shake it well before using to mix the ingredients again.
